This alternative fuel for cars will probably see the reduction in sales of gas by about 1%. It’s not much, but it is a start. HHO conversion is quick and simple to achieve. As anyone with an HHO car can testify, the savings make it worthwhile.

The IRS is prepared to help with  tax rebate for an HHO conversion. As HHO technology becomes more sophisticated, the government is keeping in step and showing an interest. Barack Obama may even hear about it directly.

HHO technology has certainly advanced in the last 12 to 18 months. I decided to go with a platinum coil HHO generator and use CPVC for the housing. The rest, including the wiring and electronic control unit were still pretty bog standard.

The reports I have had back is that my happy customer has improved miles per gallon by 43%. Not bad!

Any truck or car powered by HHO reduces harmful emissions sevenfold and improves mileage by a stupefying 50%. That’s right. By converting your current Ford, Honda, Toyota, whatever, to a car powered by water, you will be halving the amount you currently pay out on gas. As gas prices approach $4 a gallon and set to fly through the roof, that is something not to be sneezed at.

Many people believe they are being ripped off by their local gas station. The knee-jerk reaction is to glance at the gas prices advertised on their huge displays and assume it’s the fuel stations who are profiteering.

For example, a recent survey showed that that is exactly what the vast majority of Americans believe. An incredible 22% believed that the gas station was raking in more than $1.00 per gallon of fuel. Another 41% believed the gas station’s profit to be in excess of 80 cents per gallon. Only 9% thought that the profit was less than 25 cents; they were right.

It’s worth pointing out at this point that hydrogen engines aren’t going to affect your local gas pump station. They make very little in comparison to the oil and petroleum companies, not to mention the government. Most will take less than 10 cents a gallon. They normally take the flack from disgruntled customers, but that is quite unfair. The reality is that they have virtually no control over pricing.
